Workout of the Day 01/04/2009

3 Rounds/15 Reps of:
Ring Push-Ups
Round 1 Kettlebell Swings ea Arm
Round 2 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Round 3 Kettlebell shoulder Press ea Arm
Pull-Ups

Afterward I did a hour walk on the treadmill. Total workout time was 1.5 hours.
